JD: Trade Finance BSG

Role Purpose

Drive solutioning, implementation, and transformation of Trade Finance products and systems by working across Business, IT, Operations, and Compliance teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements (BRD/FRD/user stories)
• Drive solution design and implementation with IT/vendors
• Manage end-to-end delivery (UAT Go-live)
• Support Trade functional modules: LC, BG, Bills, Remittances, SWIFT, IDPMS/EDPMS
• API Banking, Customer ERP/SAP, H2H, API integration
• Execute testing (SIT/UAT), defect tracking (JIRA), and regression validation
• Drive process automation / digital initiatives (AI)
• Ensure regulatory compliance UCP, FEMA, audit readiness, and data accuracy

Key Skills

• Strong Trade Finance domain knowledge
• Business Analysis
• Exposure to Finacle, Workflow system, Customer channels, SWIFT, etc.
• Digital Adoption

Preferred: Automation - AI initiatives

Experience

• 1-4 years in Trade Finance, Digital initiatives, and Banking transformation roles
• Background in BSG, BA, or Digital projects preferred
