Manual Tester

Role & responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into test scenarios, and test cases.
• Collaborate with developers and clients to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
• Execute manual testing to identify, document, and track the defects.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, performance, and usability testing.
• Validate business requirements and ensure solutions meet user expectations and quality standards.
• Maintain project documentation, test reports, requirement documents, and defect logs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

-Bachelors degree in computer science, IT, or any related field.

-Basic understanding of software testing concepts.

-Strong analytical and communication skills.

-Should have high integrity and honesty.

-Should have accountability and responsible attitude towards their work.
