Manual Tester | Algorithm Tester and Capital market

• We are looking for a detail-oriented Manual & Algorithm Tester to validate complex algorithms, business logic, and data-driven workflows.
• The role focuses on manual testing of algorithmic systems, ensuring accuracy, correctness, edge-case handling, and performance across different scenarios.
• Youll work closely with product managers, developers, and data teams to ensure high-quality, reliable outputs.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform manual testing of algorithms, calculations, and rule-based logic
• Validate algorithm outputs against expected mathematical, statistical, or business outcomes
• Design and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test data for complex logic Test edge cases, boundary conditions, and exception handling
• Analyze discrepancies between expected and actual results and report defects clearly
• Collaborate with developers to understand algorithm intent and assumptions
• Verify data integrity, input transformations, and output accuracy
• Perform regression testing after algorithm updates or optimizations
• Document test results, defects, and validation reports
• Participate in requirement reviews to identify test risks early
