Job description

Profile: Senior QA Tester

Skillset: Manual testing, Accessibility testing, VPAT report

Experience: 6+ years

Work timings : 4 PM 1 AM

Work location: Remote (WFH)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Software Tester with strong expertise in software testing, Manual testing, specializing in Accessibility Testing and VPAT report creation. Skilled in ensuring applications comply with accessibility standards through comprehensive functional and accessibility validation.. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting end-to-end testing, identifying and documenting bugs, and preparing comprehensive test reports. The role requires close collaboration with the development and product teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Test Planning and Strategy:
• Develop and implement detailed test plans, test cases, and test strategies.
• Identify and define test scenarios based on business and technical requirements.
• Test Execution:
• Execute manual test cases to identify bugs and ensure product quality.
• Conduct functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Report, track, and manage bugs using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.
• Defect Management:
• Identify, log, and track defects, ensuring their timely resolution.
• Work closely with the development team to reproduce and resolve issues.
• Reporting and Documentation:
• Prepare detailed test reports, including defect analysis and test execution status.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve testing efficiency and product quality.
• Generate weekly and monthly test summary reports for management.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with QA & Operation Manager, Product Experts to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
• Participate in regular status meetings and provide updates on test progress.
• Process Improvement:
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
• Identify automation opportunities to enhance test coverage and efficiency.
