Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and technically strong professional to drive solution-led sales for our AI-powered video analytics offerings. The role combines business development, pre-sales consulting, and solution design to help customers solve real-world operational challenges using advanced AI technologies.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Engage with prospective clients to understand their business challenges, operational needs, and technical requirements.

- Conduct compelling product demonstrations, solution presentations, and proof-of-concepts (PoCs).

- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to design customized AI video analytics solutions tailored to client use cases

- Support the end-to-end sales cycle from lead qualification and requirement gathering to proposal submission and deal closure.

- Prepare commercial proposals, RFP/RFI responses, pricing discussions, and solution documentation.

- Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.

- Develop and promote industry-specific use cases across sectors such as Retail, Smart Cities, Manufacturing, BFSI, and more.

- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive repeat business and account expansion.

- Stay updated on emerging AI technologies, video analytics trends, and competitor offerings to position solutions effectively.

Qualification and Experience:

Sales & Pre-Sales Skills:

- Strong experience in B2B enterprise / SaaS / AI / Video Analytics sales or pre-sales

- Proven ability to articulate technical solutions in business language

- Hands-on experience with product demos, PoCs, and customer presentations

- Good understanding of sales funnels, deal cycles, and enterprise buying behavior

- Ability to work with CXOs, IT heads, operations teams, and system integrators

Technical & Domain Understanding:

Basic to strong understanding of:

- AI / ML concepts

- Video analytics, computer vision, CCTV / camera-based systems Cloud / on-prem deployments (AWS, Azure, Hybrid preferred)

- Ability to translate technical features into ROI-driven business outcomes
