The FP&A role supports the CFO and CEO offices with financial planning, forecasting, management reporting, and strategic decision support across the organization. This position involves building robust financial models, analyzing business performance, and delivering actionable insights to senior leadership.

The role requires advanced Excel expertise, strong financial modeling capabilities, and the ability to independently drive strategic and ad-hoc financial initiatives. Experience working with ERP systems and in fast-paced, growth-stage environments is an advantage.

• Advanced MS Excel skills (mandatory)

• Strong financial modeling experience

• Hands-on exposure to ERP systems (preferred)

• Partner closely with the CFO and CEO offices on strategic initiatives and management reporting needs

• Lead finance transformation initiatives such as finance automation, cost optimization, revenue leakage control, and process improvements

• Own monthly MIS, management reporting packs, and core business finance activities

• Prepare financial models, board decks, and data packs for reporting and investment decisions

• Serve as the primary finance contact for P&L owners and business leaders

• Support leadership in developing pricing models, revenue models, and business cases

• Manage ad-hoc FP&A and management reporting requests

• Work closely with the controllership function to consolidate and publish monthly financial results

• Lead monthly P&L reviews, KPI tracking, and performance reporting with business leaders

• Advanced MS Excel proficiency

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Strong analytical, project management, and organizational capabilities

• Entrepreneurial mindset suited for a high-growth environment

• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders (C-suite, board members, P&L owners)

• Experience working across geographies, time zones, and cultures

• Comfortable working as an individual contributor

• Prior exposure to IT services, data analytics, or AI/ML-based solutions business is a plus

• CA / equivalent qualification OR

• MBA from a reputed business school
