Job Description
Manager/ Sr Manager MEP Electrical Design
Location : Gigaplex Airoli
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience in MEP Electrical design and design coordination.
- Strong knowledge of electrical design principles, including plumbing, WTP & STP , OWS ,
fire protection system, HVAC, and lift systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced
environment.
- Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Proficiency in design software such as , Pipe Net , AutoCAD, and Revit.
Technical Knowledge
- Sound knowledge of the design & engineering considerations for:
- Good knowledge of other services as HVAC , elevator, electrical etc
Roles and Responsibilities
- Review consultant designs and shop drawings and provide technical guidance to
consultants as required.
- Coordinate and ensure compliance with local authority requirements, including liaison
activities.
- Oversee testing and commissioning activities for the system.
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), rate analyses for non-tender items.
- Prepare cost estimates by reviewing drawings, specifications, and other relevant project
documents.
- Review tender documents and drawings, identify discrepancies, and communicate them to
the respective team/consultant. Manage the tendering process for the services
