Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior Systems Network Engineer who is versatile, technically sound, and client-oriented. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, managing, and supporting enterprise IT environments for international clients, ensuring performance, security, and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Windows Server environments (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, File Services, etc.).
• Configure and troubleshoot network infrastructure switches, routers, firewalls (Fortinet, SonicWall, etc.) and VPN.
• Deploy, monitor, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, etc.), Azure, and Google Cloud.
• Handle security operations, including endpoint protection, firewalls, SIEM, patch management, and vulnerability assessments.
• Provide technical support and solutions to end-users and clients, both remotely and on-site when needed.
• Implement and manage backup disaster recovery solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead technical discussions with clients.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and new technologies relevant to cloud, networking, and security.

Qualifications and Experience

• 8-10 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure management.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server Administration, AD, and networking protocols.
• Proven experience with firewalls, security protocols, and network troubleshooting.
• Hands-on with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Certification(s) such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, CCNA/CCNP, or CompTIA Security+ would be a plus.
