Manager/Asst. Manager - Costing & Tendering (MEP & C&I)

• Cost Estimation Budgeting: Prepare detailed cost estimates, including materials, labour, and overheads.
• Tendering Procurement: Lead the tendering process, issue RFQs, evaluate bids, and negotiate with suppliers.
• Vendor Subcontractor Management: Assess vendor capabilities, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery.
• Cost Control Risk Management: Monitor budgets, conduct risk analysis, and provide cost reports to senior management.
• Collaboration Stakeholder Management: Work closely with project managers, designers, and procurement teams.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and suggest cost-efficient solutions.

• Minimum 6 years of experience in cost estimation, and tendering for corporate interior fit-out projects.
• Engineering Degree (Civil, Mechanical Electrical)
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
