What you can look forward to as Manager - Value stream quality (m/f/d):
- This position is responsible for ensuring product and process quality across the value stream comprising Assembly, machining lines and special processes.
- To Inculcate Quality culture and zero-defect mindset
- To accomplish and exceed customer satisfaction and to o work closely with Production and other functions in driving continual improvement
- To assure compliance to Quality system meeting the IATF 16949 and customer specific requirements
- Coordinate with one SQ team for incoming quality performance, real time closure of supplier Quality concerns
Your Profile as Manager - Value stream quality (m/f/d):
- Bachelor''s Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Automobile, Production, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Professional certifications such as Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt,
- Problem solving techniques, IATF 16949, auditing skills
- Knowledge of PPAP, PFMEA, Control plan , MSA SPC
- 815 years of experience in automotive manufacturing quality preferably in n a Tier-1 automotive environment. Handling global OEM customers is preferred
