Job Description

Manager - University Marketing ServicesRole Purpose
We are looking for a data-driven and execution-focused Marketing Manager to strengthen the University Marketing function at StudyIn.
The role will be responsible for managing the quality, performance and consistency of university marketing campaigns across paid university marketing packages and dedicated partner university campaigns.
The person will oversee campaign delivery, reporting and insights, team guidance and stakeholder coordination, ensuring university marketing activity is commercially relevant, client-ready and aligned with StudyIn's growth priorities.
Key Responsibilities
1. University Marketing Campaign Management
  • End-to-End Execution: Plan, execute, and review multi-channel campaigns (email, social, paid social, website banners, retargeting, newsletters, webinars, masterclasses).
  • Quality Assurance: Review briefs, messaging, creative assets, landing pages, and platform setups to ensure alignment with objectives, timelines, audience, and university positioning.
2. Packages & Partner Campaigns
  • Client Delivery: Oversee the execution and quality of sold marketing packages, ensuring compliance with scope, timelines, and client expectations.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work with the Client Engagement/Services team to align on client priorities, target markets, and student demand.
  • Partner Campaign Strategy: Drive StudyIn-led campaigns focusing on intakes, scholarships, and waivers; recommend themes to boost lead quality, student engagement, application uplift, and partner relationship growth (beyond just lead generation).
3. Reporting, Analytics & Optimization
  • Monthly & Annual Reports: Own the accuracy, structure, and visual clarity of detailed monthly and annual university marketing and package reports, requiring a hands-on approach to both data compilation and insight delivery.
  • Granular Performance Analysis: Go beyond surface-level numbers to identify exactly what is working across specific markets, channels, audiences, destinations, universities, and campaign propositions.
  • Actionable Insights: Convert complex performance metrics into clear optimization steps and strategic recommendations for future campaign planning.
4. Content, Messaging & Creative Quality
  • Content Guardrails: Review and guide campaign copy (social, newsletters, ads) to ensure it is student-focused, market-relevant, and brand-aligned.
  • Creative Alignment: Collaborate with the creative team to deliver visually clear assets optimized for each specific channel.
5. Team & Stakeholder Management
  • Team Leadership: Direct, mentor, and guide University Marketing executives on day-to-day campaign planning, execution, and reporting discipline.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as the central owner for execution quality, working closely with Client Engagement, direct markets, franchises, website, paid media, creative, and CRM / HubSpot teams to manage priorities and stakeholder expectations.
Skills and Experience Required
  • Experience: 5-7 years in digital marketing, campaign management, marketing operations, or performance marketing.
  • Channel Expertise: Proven track record running or managing campaigns across email, social, paid social, website banners, newsletters, webinars and retargeting, with an understanding of paid campaign optimisation, including audience targeting, creative performance, CPL, lead quality and conversion trends.
  • Tools & Platforms: Hands-on proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, web analytics tools such as GA4, advanced Excel and PowerPoint, and exposure to paid media platforms and reporting dashboards.
  • Advanced Analytics: Sharp data interpretation skills with the ability to dissect campaign variables (destination, audience, market, proposition) and build client-ready performance summaries.
  • Creative Judgment: Strong eye for reviewing copy, messaging, and student-facing value propositions.
  • Stakeholder & Team Leadership: Proven success managing internal/regional teams, agencies, and clients, alongside a track record of mentoring junior executives.
  • Core Execution: Exceptional attention to detail, strong written communication, and the ability to manage multiple tight deadlines simultaneously.
