Role & responsibilities

Treasury & Investment Portfolio (Family Office)

• Evaluate, select, and monitor investment products across Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, and Structured Products.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis of investment products and validate MIS investment data.
• Engage with mutual fund and arbitrage brokers to identify investment opportunities, tracking fund flows and

arbitrage spreads.

• Engage with banks and NBFCs to structure and raise funds (LAS, NCD) for group holding companies, including

documentation and financial inputs.

Responsible for managing Group Investments

• Group Companies, Family office and Trusts.
• Responsible for timely execution of all types of trades in Mutual Fund, PMS, AIF, Structured
• Products, Bonds, Debentures, Fixed deposits etc.
• Responsible to maintain investment as per the Investment Policy Statements (IPS) devised by the
• management.
• Interaction with wealth advisors/mangers on regular basis to explore new instruments/products.
• Responsible for various MIS for perusal of management on monthly/quarterly/half-yearly basis.
