We are looking for a motivated, creative, out of the box thinking, Technical Leader to work in a fast-paced engineering environment using the agile development process to see Solar experience profitable growth and make our customers successful

Responsibilities
  • Managing staffing, development, and performance management for the engineering team; motivating and developing project and team members

  • Providing specialized engineering technical support and consulting services to various areas of the organization

  • Manage a multidisciplinary team (Mechanical, PCE, Electrical, CDE) to deliver projects on time
  • Champion the Agile Process and guide the team to solve technical problems
  • Assisting with high-impact, long-duration engineering initiatives and projects; ensuring achievement of the engineering plan and product quality

  • Maintaining product release plans and material plans; driving programs to completion on time and within budget

Degree Requirement
  • A bachelor s degree in engineering or equivalent from an accredited college or university, or equivalent relevant experience

  • Minimum 12 years of experience from Turbomachinery relevant industries

Uses automated tools to design or modify the design of a product
