The Business Analyst will be part of the Technology as Business unit, a high impact engineering organization that has delivered platforms at massive scale (60M+ app downloads, 96B+ API transactions) with omni channel presence across Android, iOS, and Web. This role operates in a POD-based, product engineering environment, with primary ownership of end-to-end delivery coordination, ensuring seamless execution across Product (PMG), Engineering (PDG), QA, and Support (SSG) teams. The Business Analyst is responsible for driving requirement clarity, delivery tracking, stakeholder alignment, and execution governance, ensuring high-quality, timely, and scalable product delivery in a fast-paced environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
1.End-to-End Delivery Ownership (CRITICAL)
Own end-to-end delivery lifecycle from requirement inception to production rollout
Drive project planning, execution tracking, and milestone governance
Ensure clear communication and alignment across all stakeholders
Proactively identify risks, delays, and dependencies and drive resolution
Act as the single point of accountability for delivery coordination across PODs and teams
2.Delivery Governance Tracking
Maintain and track: oSprint progress oDelivery milestones oRisk logs and dependency trackers
Drive daily/weekly governance reviews with stakeholders
Ensure transparent reporting to leadership on delivery status
Playing Scrum master role in the scrum master and performing daily stand-up and publishing the MOM and retrospection 3.Stakeholder Communication
Act as the central communication bridge between: oBusiness teams oEngineering teams oQA and DevOps
Ensure: oClear requirement communication oNo ambiguity in delivery expectations oTimely escalation of issues 4.Execution Discipline

Required Qualifications and Experience
1.Qualifications oBachelors degree in Engineering / Technology oPreferred: Computer Science / IT
Should have 15 years of mobile/digital domain experience
Prior relevant experience in Mobile Apps domain across multiple operating systems 2.Work Experience
36 years of experience in Business Analysis / Product / Digital domain
