Successful candidates will be a part of EY GDS s Transformation Delivery (TD) practice to help our clients successfully deliver business transformations by connecting strategy and execution. This career opportunity seeks individuals who not only understand the role technology plays in large scale transformations, but who have experience in designing and integrating technology and business processes to produce value driven solutions. These solutions often include multiple capabilities i.e. demand intake & prioritization, portfolio scenario planning, financial management, program/ portfolio/ transformation execution, schedule management, risk & issue management, resource management, KPI definition, performance reporting and data analytics via dashboards.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform project and program management responsibilities including PMO / EPMO design / set up and delivery, program road-mapping design, and manage project management processes utilizing a structured project management methodology and formal tools and approaches
  • Lead and manage full project life cycle delivery from initiation to deployment including project estimation, planning, tracking, scope control, risks & issues management, resource management and status reporting
  • Own and govern RAID processes including risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies pertaining to projects and interdependencies across technology, operations and business, and oversee RAID dashboards
  • Lead and manage integration roadmap, including changes to technology, processes, risk & governance frameworks
  • Drive change management through the lifecycle of the project and program and ensure effective change adoption
  • Generate and publish project health dashboards / MIS reports to various stakeholders including data gathering, reporting, trend analysis, and presentation of project metrics
  • Track and govern benefit realization (Planned vs Actual) during the course of the project
  • Interface and communicate with program and project teams, management and stakeholders, including senior leadership and client stakeholders
  • Work within defined governance processes, policies and standards and lead governance forums such as program reviews and steering committees
  • Lead KPI / SLA tracking and performance reporting to enable data-driven decision making
  • Coordinate and drive alignment across multiple workstreams, teams, and vendors in a global delivery model
Core skills
  • Bachelor or Master degree with 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in the area of project / program management or PMO
  • Excellent project management skills with demonstrated experience of successfully managing large-scale complex cross-functional teams within a global environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and stakeholder management skills including experience presenting to executive sponsors and senior leadership
  • Experience working with Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) sector, preferably with exposure to insurance engagements
  • Knowledge of Wealth Management / Investment / Commercial banking / Regulatory / Core Banking
  • Experience working with Markets & Securities Services, Lending & Transaction Management
  • Experience in SDLC delivery methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban
  • Knowledge of Agile project delivery experience, good to have experience working in scaled Agile frameworks, portfolio and product management using Agile tools and methodologies
  • Strong experience in PMO governance, automated performance reporting, KPI tracking, and risk & dependency management
  • Must be able to learn, understand and apply new technologies as per the project and program needs
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), MS Project, MS Server
  • Demonstrated experience in dashboarding, MIS, automated reporting and data-driven program governance (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools)
  • Experience working in large transformation or managed services environments with multi-vendor or global delivery models
  • One or more of industry certifications - PMP, Prince 2, PMI-ACP, CSM, PSM, SAFe, CSPO
  • Knowledge of Primavera / Clarity / Jira / Confluence / Azure DevOps / Power BI / Tableau is an added advantage

  • Experience working with Proc R2P AP & Ops, Lending & Transaction Mgmt
  • Understanding of waterfall methodologies
  • JIRA / ADO administration and configuration knowledge

  • Experience in leading governance-heavy programs and executive reporting environments
