Manager - Taxation

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage tax audits, appeals, and litigations related to direct taxes (income tax) for the company.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws, regulations, and notifications from the Income Tax Department.
• Prepare and review income tax returns (ITRs) filing process for various entities under the group's portfolio.
• Provide guidance on GST compliance matters to internal stakeholders.

Job Requirements :

• 4-9 years of experience in direct taxation (income tax), including auditing, appeals, litigation support.
• Strong knowledge of Indian Income-tax Act 1962 & Rules 1956; Goods & Services Tax Act 2017 & Rules 2017.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail; ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
