Job Description
- Collaborate with the Regional Manager and hiring managers to execute life cycle recruiting plans.
- Understand the manpower requirements and post job openings on internal job portal as well as external job portals.
- Ensure all recruitment related documents such as CVs, offer letters, etc. pre and post recruitment.
- Screening and identifying external as well as internal applicants for job openings.
- Conduct recruitment related activities including preliminary screening, interviewing, and facilitate hiring.
- Ensure timely communication to the candidates on interview feedback.
- Ensure proper background verification of new hires as per organizational guidelines
- Issue offer/ rejection letter, facilitate negotiations with the candidate.
- Timely update Recruitment MIS and provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the team.
