Manager - Talent Acquisition

Purpose/Objective

The incumbent will be expected to lead and support hiring across the assigned business/domain while also functioning as a hands-on Individual Contributor for critical, niche, and leadership mandates. The role demands a strong balance of team leadership, stakeholder management, and direct hiring ownership to ensure timely delivery against business hiring objectives.

Key Responsibilities of Role

Key Result Areas (KRAs) 1. Hiring Delivery & Workforce Fulfillment - Drive end-to-end recruitment across leadership, niche, and volume hiring mandates. - Ensure achievement of hiring targets within defined TAT, quality, and cost parameters. - Build strong talent pipelines through sourcing channels, referrals, and market mapping. Key Metrics: Hiring Fulfillment %, Hiring TAT, Offer-to-Join Ratio, 2. Stakeholder & Candidate Experience Management - Partner with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and provide hiring insights. - Deliver a superior candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle. - Drive regular hiring governance reviews and proactive risk mitigation. Key Metrics: Hiring Manager Satisfaction, Candidate NPS, Backout %, SLA Adherence. 3. Recruitment Governance & Team Leadership - Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, policies, and reporting standards. - Lead, coach, and develop recruiters to enhance productivity and capability. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives through hiring analytics and process optimization. Key Metrics: Recruiter Productivity, Data Accuracy, Process Compliance, Team Capability Development.

Qualifications and Experience

Preferred Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR (or equivalent) with 8-12+ years of recruitment experience, including team management and stakeholder engagement.
