Manager Supply chain and Sales ops

Kan Biosys is looking for Manager Supply chain and Sales ops to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.Develop and implement strategies to optimize the supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.Monitor and analyze supply chain performance, including supplier performance, inventory levels, and delivery times, and implement improvements as needed.Manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts and prices to ensure the best value for the organization.Ensure that procurement activities are compliant with relevant regulations and policies.Develop and implement inventory management strategies to ensure that the organization has the right products in the right quantities at the right time.Oversee logistics and distribution activities to ensure that products are delivered to customers on time and at the lowest possible cost.Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure that supply chain operations are efficient and effective.Manage and develop the supply chain team to ensure that they have the skills and resources they need to be successful.Knowledge of procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution processes and best practices.Experience with supplier management, negotiation, and contract management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
