Job Description
- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensivebusiness strategies that align with the companys long-term objectives.
- Perform sophisticated financial analysis and valuation tosupport strategic decision-making and investment strategies.
- Manage and optimize the companyfinancial planning andbusiness case preparation processes.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to enhancebusiness performance and competitive positioning.
- Facilitate high-level negotiations and manage complexproject portfolios.
- Develop and refine performance metrics to effectivelymeasure strategic success and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure seamlessstrategy execution and to drive business planning processes across theorganization.
Requirements
Qualifications :
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree in Finance, Economics, orrelated fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in high-level strategyroles within corporate finance or management consulting.
- Deep expertise in financial modelling, equity research, andfinancial analysis.
- Proven track record in strategic planning, investmentdecision-making, and business case development.
- Strong strategic thinking and execution skills, with ademonstrated ability to influence corporate direction and policy.
- Exceptional analytical abilities and familiarity with toolssuch as Bloomberg, Capital IQ, and other financial databases.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable ofengaging effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
