What you have

Required Skills :-

BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of development using a Microsoft technology stack, including .NET and C# with exposure to financial industry
2+ years of experience with containerized platform such as Pivotal Cloud foundry (PCF)
3+ years of experience working with SQL or NoSQL databases.
Strong experience with object-oriented programming concepts, including algorithms and data structures. Strong experience writing unit and integration tests.
Experience with scripting languages and efficient storage and retrieval techniques
Exposure in Tools such as GitHub, Jira, Rally.
Demonstrated hands-on experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot or equivalent) to improve productivity, code quality, and development efficiency within the SDLC.
Practical understanding of Generative AI concepts and how to apply them responsibly in day-to-day engineering workflows, including code generation, refactoring, documentation, and test support.
Ability to collaborate effectively in AI-augmented development environments, leveraging AI tools while maintaining strong engineering judgment, code reviews, and quality standards.
Experience applying automation and AI-driven approaches to improve existing systems, workflows, or operational processes.
Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with emerging AI capabilities, tooling, and industry best practices relevant to software development and system modernization.
Experience with Messaging technologies such as kafka/MQSome exposure/knowledge of AI & AI based automation (exposure to GitHub Copilot preferred along with some Python skills)
Proven track record of delivering on the design & development of complex, enterprise-level software systems and in providing exemplary support post-deployment/Production Support & Remediation.
Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills

Preferred Skills :-

Experience as a developer on an agile scrum team is a plus.
