Manager/ Senior Manager - Investment Products

Direct Responsibilities

• Acquire and maintain a deep knowledge of third-party product set offered by Mirae Asset Sharekhan
• Conduct generic and ad hoc studies on the industry landscape and client / market trends
• Create sales tools and processes to drive product adoption.
• Conduct training programs and create sales enablers to help and support channels in enhancing their knowledge of asset products especially Portfolio Management Services and Alternate Investment Funds
• Set up sales process for new products introduced
• Bring ideas and perspectives from outside the firm including conducting competitor research
• Conduct ongoing reviews of commission rates from preferred partners
• Annual analysis on the performance of the preferred partners
• Track revenue negotiations with product providers
• Track product specific certification requirements for frontline
• Manage on-boarding process of various product providers including legal agreements.

Contributing Responsibilities

• Provide content support on campaigns.
• Create product specific T&Cs for contest.
• Share reports with product providers on business.
• Support Operations team with brokerage and other related queries from AMCs
• Manage escalations from AMCs/ internal stakeholders.
• Provide subject matter expertise to various functions on product related initiatives
