Manager - Security & Loss Prevention

Role & responsibilities

• Implement security procedures across nodes, routes, hubs, and customer sites.
• Monitor security systems and manage incidents involving theft, loss, or asset damage.
• Conduct security audits, inspections, and surprise checks.
• Support investigations and risk assessments across field locations and transport routes.
• Coordinate with local authorities, security vendors, and external agencies.
• Drive security awareness and training for field teams.
• Maintain accurate incident and loss records.
• Ensure effective security measures through vendor coordination.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
• 10+ years of experience in Armed Forces, CAPF, Police, Industrial Security, or equivalent organizations.
• 3+ years of corporate experience in Security & Loss Prevention, preferably in logistics, transportation, manufacturing, warehousing, or supply chain.
• Professional certifications in Security Management, Industrial Security, or Risk Management will be preferred.
• Strong field presence, investigation, risk assessment, and stakeholder management skills.
