Job Description
- Manage overall warehousing operations for domestic activities.
- Monitor inward receipt of products, quarantine, checking, and storage.
- Report OOS (out of specifications), damaged or spoiled or rejected stocks to the concerned reporting manager & procurement team.
- Coordinate with vendors for supplies of corrugated cartons, cold chain boxes, cold chain pallets, data loggers, thermal blankets, and packing materials.
- Ensure initial and continuous training programs are implemented and maintained.
- Focus on managing authorized activities and maintaining accurate records.
- Handle collection of stockist payments.
- Implement and maintain a quality management system.
- Coordinate and promptly perform any recall operations for medical products.
- Effectively handle relevant customer complaints.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Management and Pharmaceutical operations.
- Experience in managing warehouses and coordinating with logistics services.
- Ability to ensure quality management systems are implemented and maintained.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
