• ;Lead global sourcing and Strategic procurement of BESS, solar modules, inverters, BOS, and related renewable components

• ;Identify, evaluate, and onboard international suppliers (US, Europe, Asia, etc.)

• ;Manage RFQs/RFPs, techno-commercial evaluations, negotiations, and finalization of purchase orders and contracts

• ;Negotiate commercial terms including pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, warranties, LDs, and Incoterms

• ;Coordinate FAT / stage / pre-dispatch inspections with QA and third parties.

• ;Manage dispatch readiness and logistics coordination.

• ;Align material deliveries with project schedules and site requirements.

• ;Identify risks, drive recovery actions, and escalate delays.

• ;Prepare Daily weekly expediting MIS and delivery look-ahead reports.

• ;Act as single point of coordination between vendors, SCM, planning, QA, logistics, and site teams.

• ;Ensure timely receipt of dispatch and quality documentation (Invoice, Packing List, E-way Bill, LR)

• ;Ensure timely receipt and submission of Test certificates, Warranty / Guarantee documents,

• ;Compliance certificates, OM and as-built documents (vendor scope)
