- Develop and execute decommissioning plans for SAP systems, including data migration and integration.
- Migrate data to new systems or archive it according to business requirements.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards.
- Document all decommissioning activities and processes.
- Maintain accurate records of decommissioned systems and data.
- Extract and archive historical data, documents, reports, and documentation from the ECC system.
- Ensure data integrity and availability in the new S/4HANA system.
- Design and implement solutions for accessing legacy data after migration, such as using Enterprise Legacy System Application (ELSA) or similar tools.
- Ensure data integrity and security throughout the decommissioning process.
- Identify and extract critical data for archiving and retention
- Deep understanding of various archival platforms
- SAP ABAP, SAP BTP, various functional modules like SD, MM, FiCo, HR etc.
- Hands-on configuration experience in SAP suite like ECC, S4HANA, EWM, SAP CRM, SAP BW etc.
- Excellent communication skills
- Thorough understanding of SAP systems and landscapes.
- Hands-on experince in ABAP programming and SAP system configuration.
- Experience with SAP decommissioning processes and tools.
- Knowledge of SAP modules and technologies.
- Experience with SAP ECC and S/4HANA systems, including data migration tools and techniques.
- Familiarity with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and UI5 applications
- Design and develop end to end scalable and flexible solutions in archival space
- Innovate and implement to make our product the best in the industry
- Create and update various project solution documents like FSD, TDD, Test plans etc
- Collaborate with various teams across multiple geographies for implementing new features and functions:
- Partner IT teams
- Various in-house technical teams: SAP ABAP, SAP BTP, JAVA, QA & IT teams
- Sales, pre-sales and product management teams
- Review coding to ensure the build has met all standards
- Adhere to release and change management
- Stay abreast with technology and industry trends pro-actively and implement them as needed to make our product the best in the industry
- Involve in client projects on need basis for any expert solutioning, provide exceptional customer service to our customers
- Solutioning as part of the pre-sales activities and demo the solution to potential clients.
