Job Description
Need a sales manager for project sales in Solar Power. Knowledge of On-Gcts. rid & Off-Grid installations, PV system & Government Procedures. To identify Customers, Builders, Architects & Contractors for Solar Power orders & Execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Train and mentor, a team of sales executives. Set team KPIs and track monthly/quarterly sales quotas.
- Technical Presentations: Translate complex technical energy data into tailored financial and energy proposals for clients (e.g., ROI, energy consumption patterns).
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with internal technical teams (for site feasibility and system design) and external partners (EPC contractors, distributors).
- Market Intelligence: Keep updated on local government solar policies, net-metering schemes, and competitor activity.Role & responsibilities
