Job Description

Position Summary

We are looking for a highly driven and well-networked Sales Manager to lead business development, strategic client acquisition, sponsorship sales, and revenue growth for the North India market. The ideal candidate should come with strong existing relationships across Northern India with CHROs, CXOs, Talent Management Heads, L&D Heads, and HR decision-makers, along with a proven ability to open doors, build consultative partnerships, and drive high-value B2B engagements.

A key aspect of this role will involve driving business growth for our advisory, leadership development, learning, employee engagement, and people transformation solutions. The role will also involve generating sponsorship revenue for conferences, leadership forums, HR summits, and flagship events by building strategic partnerships with enterprise organizations and solution providers.

This role requires a strong blend of consultative selling, strategic account management, sponsorship sales, market expansion, and stakeholder engagement within the HR consulting and leadership development ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive aggressive revenue growth through new client acquisition, strategic account expansion, and sponsorship sales.

- Identify, engage, and convert new business opportunities across our advisory and leadership practice solutions.

- Build a strong pipeline of enterprise clients through proactive networking, referrals, market outreach, and relationship-led selling.

- Drive sponsorship sales for conferences, HR summits, roundtables, leadership forums, certifications, and flagship events.

- Develop and nurture senior-level relationships with CHROs, CXOs, Talent Management Heads, L&D Heads, HR Business Leaders, and other key stakeholders.

- Develop and execute regional market expansion strategies aligned with organizational goals.

- Collaborate closely with internal consulting, delivery, event, marketing, and leadership teams to ensure seamless execution and high client satisfaction.
