Job Title: Manager - Sales
Location: Bangalore
Role Overview:
mDSP is looking for a high-impact Manager - Sales to drive growth across mobile and Connected TV (CTV) user acquisition. This role requires a strong individual contributor who can own revenue, build enterprise relationships, and drive strategic conversations with advertisers and agencies. You will play a key role in scaling mDSP's presence by acquiring new clients, growing existing accounts, and positioning mDSP as a preferred programmatic partner for app growth and performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities
  • Own and drive monthly and quarterly revenue targets, ensuring consistent pipeline generation and closures.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline across brands, agencies, and performance advertisers.
  • Identify and unlock new business opportunities across mobile app growth, retargeting, and CTV advertising.
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key advertisers, agencies, and decision-makers (CXOs, growth heads, marketing leaders).
  • Act as a strategic advisor to clients on user acquisition, performance marketing, and programmatic strategies.
  • Lead end-to-end client lifecycle - from prospecting and pitching to onboarding and account growth.
  • Position mDSP's capabilities across programmatic advertising, AI-driven audience intelligence, dynamic creative optimization, and CTV solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends including privacy changes, attribution, and evolving ad formats, and translate these into client conversations.
  • Work closely with product and delivery teams to ensure client requirements and feedback are incorporated into platform enhancements.
  • Lead client meetings, product demos, and business reviews, clearly articulating mDSP's value proposition.
  • Prepare high-quality proposals, decks, and customized solutions aligned to client objectives.
  • Track performance metrics, campaign outcomes, and revenue growth to ensure strong business impact.
  • Collaborate with Account Management, Product, Analytics, and Global Teams to drive client success and retention.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support for clients to maximize campaign performance and satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 4-8 years of experience in adtech, programmatic advertising, mobile marketing, or performance marketing sales.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and closing high-value deals.
  • Strong understanding of programmatic ecosystem, DSPs, mobile user acquisition, retargeting, and CTV advertising.
  • Experience working with agencies, trading desks, and direct advertisers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to understand campaign performance metrics and business KPIs.
  • High ownership, execution focus, and ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
