Job Purpose

The Manager Projects (Backend Operations) is responsible for driving efficient backend operations by managing sample coordination, pricing administration, order and dispatch planning, ticket resolution, project support, and lead management. The role ensures seamless coordination across functions, timely execution of operational activities, accurate data management, and effective support to sales and project teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

**Sample Management**
Oversee sample requests, inventory, and dispatch activities, coordinate with sales and warehouse teams for availability, and monitor sample utilization through regular reporting and analysis.

**Pricing & Quotation Management**
Maintain accurate pricing records and ERP updates, coordinate pricing approvals and discount requests, support margin analysis, and prepare quotations and BOQs for project and business development teams.

**Order & Dispatch Planning**
Review and validate customer orders, coordinate dispatch planning with relevant stakeholders, monitor order execution, provide status updates, and ensure timely fulfillment through effective planning and tracking.

**Ticket Management**
Manage internal and external operational tickets related to orders, pricing, ERP, and delivery issues, ensure timely resolution within defined service levels, coordinate escalations, and monitor closure performance.

**Project Backend Coordination**
Act as the central point of contact for backend project operations, maintain project documentation and approvals, support project teams with operational requirements, and track progress while identifying and resolving bottlenecks.

**Lead Management**
Monitor lead generation activities, maintain project pipelines, track lead progress, and coordinate with stakeholders to improve lead conversion and project acquisition.

**Reporting & Operational Support**
Prepare and analyze operational MIS reports, monitor key performance indicators, provide business insights, and support management with data-driven decision-making to improve operational efficiency.
