Job Purpose
To manage the sales of sheep and goat meat in the designated international markets to achieve business goals.
Role & responsibilities
- Sales Management: Oversee and drive the sales of sheep and goat meat in the designated international markets.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market forecasting and analysis to accurately meet demand and identify opportunities for growth.
- Key Account Management: Support the General Manager in managing key accounts and generating new business opportunities.
- Sales Planning: Develop an annual sales plan aligned with organizational strategies and objectives to maximize sales outcomes.
- Team Leadership: Build, manage, and develop the sales team to effectively implement management strategies and achieve targets.
- Research and Analysis: Lead efforts in market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of market trends and dynamics.
- Customer Relationship Management: Address customer complaints promptly and ensure compliance to maintain strong relationships.
- Business Culture: Foster a culture of success and ongoing business goal achievement within the team.
- Strategic Development: Formulate plans and strategies for business development to achieve the companys sales goals and long-term objectives.
Experience & Skills required: Minimum 8-12 years in B2B sales of meat and Exports trade
Should have handled export markets - key accounts/ Trading /HoReCa channels for Meat
