About the Role As a Sales Manager , youll be responsible for driving new business growth while deepening relationships with existing enterprise accounts. This is a dual-role combining account management and sales perfect for someone who thrives on building trust, solving problems, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities - Market Opportunity Identification
- Identify target sectors and accounts based on logistics complexity and technology adoption potential.
- Track competitor activity and emerging opportunities in freight digitization.
Sales Strategy Execution
- Build and execute account-level sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closure.
Solutioning Presentations
- Collaborate with product and operations teams to design tailored visibility and TMS solutions.
- Deliver compelling product demos and business cases to CXO-level stakeholders.
Pipeline CRM Management
- Maintain disciplined pipeline hygiene in HubSpot (or relevant CRM).
- Track activity metrics, forecast deals, and ensure predictable revenue delivery.
Account Management Relationship Building
- Act as the primary business partner for key accounts.
- Ensure adoption, renewals, and expansion by proactively engaging with client teams.
Market Feedback Loop
- Relay insights from customers to product and leadership for continuous improvement.
- 58 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, logistics tech, or enterprise solutions.
- Proven ability to manage large accounts and close multi-stakeholder deals.
- Strong consultative selling and presentation skills.
- Self-starter mindset with ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Bachelors degree required; MBA preferred.
