1) Sales & Business Development

• Must have experience in selling Ferro Manganese, Silico Manganese, DRCLO, Pellets.
• Responsible for supporting the creation and implementing a comprehensive sale and marketing strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
• Accountable for achieving the sales targets set for your zone, ensuring that the team meets and exceeds its revenue goals.
• Responsible for conducting market research to identify potential customers and understand their needs and preferences.
• Responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, including key accounts.
• Need to stay up to date on the latest industry trends and monitor the competition to identify new opportunities for growth.

2) General Administration

• Responsible for managing a team of sales professionals, ensuring that they are adequately trained and motivated to meet their targets.
• Responsible to analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Responsible for providing regular reports to the senior management team on sales and marketing performance.
• Responsible for representing the company at relevant platforms and events.
