Manager - Regional Sales

Role & responsibilities

Territory Ownership: Oversee complete sales operations for West Bengal, Odisha, Bihar, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh & Madhya Pradesh.

Sales Leadership: Drive revenue through the sale of advanced capital medical equipment, including CT, MRI, Cathlab.

Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new opportunities within private hospitals, diagnostic centers, and healthcare institutions.

Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong connections with key stakeholders such as hospital management, biomedical heads, and procurement teams.

Contract Management: Handle AMC and CMC agreementsmanage renewals, negotiate terms, and upsell services for maximum value.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Area Sales Managers to achieve and exceed performance goals.

Performance Excellence: Consistently meet and surpass sales targets through strategic planning and execution.

Planning & Reporting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts, territory plans, and monthly performance reports.

Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with service and application teams to ensure timely installations and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Market Intelligence: Track competitor activities and analyze market trends to maintain a competitive edge.

Compliance & Collections: Ensure timely payment collection and adherence to company policies.

Preferred candidate profile

• Industry Expertise: Minimum 10+ years of proven experience in healthcare or medical equipment sales.
• Product Knowledge: Strong background in selling capital medical equipment such as CT, MRI, Cathlab, or similar advanced devices.
• Territory Management: Demonstrated success in managing and expanding large territories, with specific experience in West Bengal, Odisha, Bihar, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh & Madhya Pradesh.
• Contract Handling: Hands-on experience in managing AMC and CMC portfolios, including renewals and negotiations.
