Manager - R & D - Solar - Battery

• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager for our Research Development (RD) department focusing on solar battery technologies
• The ideal candidate will lead a team of talented engineers and researchers to innovate and develop cutting-edge solutions in solar energy storage
• This role requires a deep understanding of battery technologies, solar integration, and project management skills to drive successful RD initiatives

Responsibilities:

• Lead the RD team in designing, prototyping, and testing new solar battery technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, and manufacturing to ensure alignment with product development goals
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in battery chemistry, solar PV technologies, and energy storage systems
• Develop and implement RD strategies to enhance product performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to deliver on milestones and objectives
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the RD team
• Evaluate and establish partnerships with external research institutions, universities, and technology vendors to leverage expertise and resources
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to support product development, troubleshooting, and customer inquiries
