Role & responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing excellence manager with minimum 78 years of experience in apparel manufacturing to lead productivity improvement, quality excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Industrial Engineering, Lean Manufacturing, Quality Systems, GSD/SMV, Capacity Planning, and Process Optimization.
The role will be responsible for driving operational excellence through standardized manufacturing practices, quality assurance, cost optimization, and capability building.
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors Degree in Textile / Fashion Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering
8 to 12 years experience in Industrial Engineering / Apparell production
