Manager - Quality Assurance (QA)

Purpose: To establish, implement, and maintain a robust Quality Assurance system ensuring that all products, processes, and operations comply with internal standards, customer requirements, and applicable regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System in line with ISO standards.
• Ensure compliance with documentation control, change management, and record retention systems.
• Ensure Data Integrity & lead implementation of Digital Quality Systems
• Quality matrices and KPI management
• Supplier quality management
• Review and approve batch manufacturing records, process deviations, and change controls. Ensure adherence to approved specifications, process parameters, and quality plans.
• Lead investigations for deviations, non-conformances, and customer complaints. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and ensure timely implementation of CAPA.
• Lead and coordinate customer, ISO, and regulatory audits. Ensure timely closure of audit observations and preventive actions.
• Plan and conduct internal quality audits.
• Ensure integrity, accuracy, and traceability of quality documents and records.
• Train employees on quality systems, SOPs, and compliance requirements.

Qualification: M.Sc./ Ph.D. - Chemistry

Nature of Experience:

• 10 to 15 years of Quality Assurance experience in specialty chemicals / fine chemicals / intermediates / process chemicals, and in the capacity of QA Incharge for at least 3 years.
