Role & responsibilities
To lead and manage the overall quality function for the plastic & Paper Division, covering extrusion blown film, bag making, flexographic printing and paper-bag packaging. Ensure compliance with customer requirements, regulatory standards, ISO & social compliance frameworks, while driving continuous improvement in product quality, process capability, and customer satisfaction.
Quality Management System (QMS) & Certifications
- Establish, implement and maintain an effective Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 15378 (for pharma/medical-related packaging where applicable), and ISO 14001 / ISO 45001 in coordination with EHS.
Extrusion Blown Film, Bag Making & Flexographic Printing

Supplier Quality & Incoming Material Control
Social Compliance & Ethics (BSCI, SEDEX & Other Social Audits)

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Science / Plastics / Packaging (e.g., B.E. in Mechanical/Chemistry, Polymer/Plastics Technology).
3-5 years in managerial role
