Job Description
Responsible for QA of PU adhesives, water-based adhesives, printing inks and related chemical products. Ensure raw materials, in-process checks, manufacturing stages and finished goods meet customer, regulatory and internal specifications. The role requires knowledge of adhesive and ink manufacturing processes, including emulsion reaction, esterification reaction, batch controls, testing and troubleshooting. Responsible for IMS compliance, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements, audits, CAPA, customer complaint resolution and continual quality improvement in coordination with Production, R&D, Sales and other functions.
