Role: Manager- Promo Edit
Location: M G Road, Bangalore

Reporting To: Director- Operations.

Job Role
Manager-Editing-Promos Studio Promo operations are responsible for Understanding the brief given by OAP team for creation of promos as per the channel requirement packaging, create promos by incorporating the brief and provide creative inputs during creation, the role works closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive Operations growth, consumer engagement, and business objectives
Roles Responsibilities
- Quality of Creatives / Innovation (Ideation Communication)
- Enhance Promo creatives with ideation and proper execution
- Give own Creative Ideas / Innovation / Scripting. Rating Scale 1 - 5 based on Ideation, Communication and Execution.
- Execution Excellence (Quality of edits - Audio/video)
- Conformity with channel standards-Levels (0% disruption on air, QC / TC)
- Quality edit output Rating Scale 1 to 5 based on Audio Video Editing
- Productivity As per defined benchmarks
- Ensure Productivity as per benchmarks Efficient Studio Utilization
- Maintain balance between Quantity Quality
- TAT and Optimum utilization of edits
- Basic proficiency of After Effects-Photoshop / Flame / Protools.
- Improve Script Writing, Ideation Skills, Award winning promos - New Process Implementation results
- Share/Deliver Appropriate Scripts Ideas for Promos. Adhere to new automation process implementation.
- Provide Scripts Ideas for Promos regularly. At least 2 creatives every month.
- Stakeholder Management
- Engage and collaborate with internal stakeholders Programming, OAP, Digital archiving, TC Capsuling.
Experience Qualification:
o Graduation with 3 6 years of experience in Promo Editing (Media or Non-Media background)
o Expertise in Genre-wise content knowledge
o Knowledge of Video Audio Format
o Efficient knowledge of broadcast Parameters
- Well Versed with Editing software - Adobe Premier Pro.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and work in a high-paced, creative environment.
- Excellent communication skills and strong stakeholder management capabilities.
