Reports to: Head - Projects
KRA & Responsibilities:
Supervising and managing construction projectsfrom start to finish, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
Knowledge of MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD.
Ability to manage multiple construction projectsat various stages.
Knowledge of construction methods, materials andregulations.
Analysing engineering drawings, survey reportsto guide the construction process.
Reporting project updates, milestones and delayanalysis to the project in charge.
Site conflict solving and decision-makingabilities with effective communication.
Ability to work effectively in a team andcoordinate with multiple vendor.
Planning, allocating resources, materials andequipment to optimise project efficiency.
Monitoring quality at site.
Monitoring project costs, optimization budgetedcost.
Providing technical guidance and expertise toresolve construction-related challenges.
Depth knowledge of measurement and BBS checking.
Overall knowledge of project i.e PEB, MEP and Officeinterior.
Qualification & Work Experience:
Qualification: B. Tech (Civil)
Work Experience: More than 7 Years
Others: experience in project management atsite.
