Role Overview

This role will work closely with the Project Manager to drive execution, tool implementation, and process efficiency across the Inside Sales function. The focus will be on building structured systems, improving team productivity, and ensuring high adoption of tools and SOPs.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive implementation of CRM and project management tools for Inside Sales teams
- Create and maintain SOPs, workflows, and execution playbooks
- Monitor tool adoption and performance metrics; identify gaps and improve usage
- Build and manage live dashboards to track sales productivity, KPIs, and team performance
- Perform quality checks (QC) on processes and ensure adherence to defined workflows
- Work on projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and reducing manual effort
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and ops teams for smooth execution
