Role & responsibilities
responsible for overseeing cost control, budgeting, and MIS
reporting across multiple construction projects for the India BU. This role demands strong
financial acumen, hands-on experience in project-based accounting, and the ability to
collaborate with site teams, procurement, and senior management to ensure financial
discipline and transparency.

PROJECT FINANCE AND CONTROLS
AUDIT AND COMPLAIANCE
Preferred candidate profile ICWA/ CMA with exp in Construction / Project costing / Strong understanding of AS7 accounting standards for project costing, billing
cycles, and contract management.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Vision)
• Advanced Excel and data visualization skills
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
• Knowledge of retention, overbilling, progress payments, and job costing
practices
