Job Purpose

The Manager, Data Analytics & Reporting (.NET) is responsible for leading enterprise analytics, business intelligence, reporting, and .NET-based analytics application development. The role provides technical and people leadership for delivering scalable reporting solutions, cloud-native analytics applications, and actionable insights that enable data-driven decision making while ensuring data quality, governance, and operational excellence.

Major Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Define and execute enterprise analytics and reporting strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead development of enterprise dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and executive reporting.
• Perform complex data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate business needs into analytics solutions.
• Establish data governance, data quality, and reporting standards.
• Lead end-to-end analytics delivery including requirements, modeling, dashboard development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Develop enterprise KPIs and operational metrics.
• Drive predictive analytics, forecasting, AI, and self-service analytics adoption.
• Lead Data Analysts, BI Developers, Data Scientists, Reporting Analysts, and Analytics Engineers.
• Automate reporting processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Evaluate analytics platforms and emerging technologies.
• Lead the design, development, modernization, and support of enterprise analytics applications built using the Microsoft .NET technology stack.

Job Specifications

• Qualification: B.Tech or Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or related fields
• Years of Experience: 10-15 years overall; 7+ years in Data Analytics/BI/Reporting; 5+ years leading Analytics or BI teams; Healthcare experience preferred
