Role & responsibilities

Philanthropy Strategy & Programme Management

• Support the development and execution of the Foundation's philanthropy strategy across India and the UAE
• Develop annual plans, budgets, and programme pipelines aligned with the Foundation's charter and giving priorities
• Oversee programme implementation and monitor social impact outcomes.

Partnership & Stakeholder Management

• Identify, evaluate, and manage partnerships with NGOs, foundations, academic institutions, social enterprises, government bodies, and philanthropic stakeholders
• Build and maintain relationships with partner organizations, family representatives, sector experts, and social impact networks
• Serve as a key liaison between partners, beneficiaries, leadership, and the Chairman's Office

Grant Management, Due Diligence & Impact Reporting

• Conduct due diligence on prospective partners and projects, assessing governance, financial health, compliance, and impact potential.
• Manage grant-making processes from evaluation and approval through monitoring and closure.
• Develop monitoring frameworks and prepare impact reports, case studies, and presentations for leadership and family stakeholders.

Governance, Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure compliance with applicable philanthropic, charitable, and CSR regulations
• Support audits, governance reviews, and internal controls
• Identify and mitigate operational, financial, reputational, and compliance risks while ensuring responsible stewardship of resources

Leadership Support & External Representation

• Support the Chairman and leadership in evaluating philanthropic opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Prepare research, recommendations, concept notes, presentations, and approval papers

Represent the Foundation at sector forums, stakeholder meetings, and networking events while staying abreast of emerging philanthropy trends
