Manager Operations and Sales

Provide Overall Management of the on going production operations including inventory control, scheduling, documentation and in process quality control & inspection.
Track quality of all process and co relate results with requirements/specifications.
Overseeing the production process and ensuring it matches the production schedule.
Achieving target of production and timely deliver material to achieve sales target of the company.
Compliance of all duties towards PP woven bags production activity including educating employees on production process.
Good knowledge of machinary and its parts.
Procurement of raw materials from the suppliers and co-ordinating with finance team for suppliers payments.
Getting orders from the buyers (in India & abroad): Work with marketing team to acquire new customers.
Reviewing the performance of the employees and identify any necessary needs.
Setting safety objectives and monitoring performance of staff on the same.
Ensuring all hazards, unusual occurrences, unsafe practices and safety accidents/incidences are reported and corrective action should be taken for the same.
