Manager - NPD

Role responsibilities

• Good knowledge in Design for Manufacturing [DFM], Design for Assemble[DFA], Design for Manufacturing and Assembly[DFMA], Design for recycling[DFR], Design for Environment [DFE], Design for Disassembly [DFD], Design for Excellence [DFE]
• Hands on experience in IATF 16949:2016 tools like- APQP, PPAA, DFMEA, PFMEA, SPC, MSA and relevant software
• Hands on experience in Autocad, Solidworks, MS office etc.
• VE/VA Analysis
• Knowledge in latest Manufacturing Process/Practices
• Reverse engineering
• Good exposure in engineering drawings/GDT
• Estimation /Job costing
• Project /Program management
• Lean Six Sigma

Qualification : BE / B.Tech
