Manager - Land Acquisition & Deal Closure - Real Estate (3-10 yrs)

Job Description:

Were Hiring | Manager Land Acquisition & Deal Closure for Real estate GCC.

Location:

Noida, India (Onsite 5 Days Work from office).

We are looking for a highly analytical and commercially driven professional, focusing on global Data Center and Digital Infrastructure investments.

Responsibilities:

- Evaluate and underwrite international investment opportunities.

- Build financial models, valuations, and investment memos.

- Support end-to-end land deal execution (sourcing to closing).

- Conduct due diligence and market research across global markets.

- Collaborate with cross-functional and international stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- 3-10 years of experience in Real Estate, Infrastructure, Data Centers, Digital Infrastructure, or Investment Banking.

- MBA/CFA/CA or relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus.

Required Skills:

- Strong financial modeling skills (DCF, IRR, NPV, scenario analysis).

- Proven exposure to transaction execution and deal lifecycle.

Preferred Skills:

- Background in Private Equity, Real Estate Investments, or Infrastructure preferred.

- Experience in working as Engineering/Real Estate operations with Capability centers or Captive units will be ideally fit.
