Role & responsibilities
Role Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned technology leader to own and run enterprise IT for CirrusLabs globally. This high-impact leadership role involves managing and executing an approved multi-year IT strategy, built on a tower-based operating model. You will oversee global network modernization, AI-driven IT automation, FinOps maturity, and continuous compliance.
Tech Stack:
- Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intune, Purview, Defender)
- Microsoft Entra ID / IAM
- Azure and AWS
- Cloud-managed networking (Meraki, Aruba, Fortinet)
- SASE/ZTNA (Zscaler, Cloudflare, Netskope)
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and execute the IT strategy, budget, and P&L.
- Manage IT as a product with published SLAs and measurable outcomes.
- Lead enterprise IT infrastructure and operations for a multi-country organization.
- Run or establish a SOC with 24x7 monitoring and incident response.
- Lead successful audit cycles and ensure compliance.
- Drive vendor consolidation and commercial negotiation.
Required Skills:
- Proven leadership in enterprise IT infrastructure and operations.
- Expertise in Microsoft 365 and cloud operations across Azure and AWS.
- Experience with SOC, SIEM/SOAR, and security operations.
- Strong executive communication and strategy presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with AI/GenAI in IT operations.
- Relevant certifications (ITIL 4, CISSP/CISM, Microsoft Expert-level, AWS Solutions Architect, etc.).
- Experience in M&A IT due diligence and post-merger integration.
