Manager - Human Resources, Talent Acquisition (Tech)

Key Responsibilities

1. Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand talent needs and execute effective hiring plans aligned with business priorities.

2. Lead end-to-end recruitment for technology roles across Engineering, Product, Data, AI/ML, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and other technical functions.

3. Build strong relationships with stakeholders by providing recruitment expertise, talent market insights, and guidance throughout the hiring process.

4. Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify, attract, and engage qualified technology talent.

5. Manage complex searches using advanced sourcing techniques, talent mapping, networking, and market intelligence.

6. Manage offer discussions and partner with hiring managers to ensure successful candidate engagement and closure.

7. Coach hiring managers on recruitment processes, interview practices, and candidate experience expectations.

8. Contribute to Talent Acquisition initiatives including diversity hiring, employer branding, process improvements, and talent pipeline development.

9. Mentor recruiters and coordinators by sharing recruiting best practices and supporting capability development.
